Reception Ducklings
We have had the most fabulous time watching the ducklings hatch from their eggs and grow over the last few weeks. They have now moved on to their forever home at a local farm and we will continue to update you on their progress. What did you enjoy most about having the ducks?

Boys Football
This evening the boys lost 2 - 4 to Inspire Ashton in hard fought and close game. This ends our Heywood Cup run for this year. Well done to Inspire for a deserved victory and to both teams for a good game played in the correct spirit.
1 Birch - division
In Maths this week we have been learning how to divide amounts equally into different groups. We used cubes to help us. We got the whole amount and then shared them equally between the groups. We were able to solve division questions using this method.

Lowry Diorama
We are creating a diorama to showcase our work relating to LS Lowry. The first steps were to create the diorama and here the girls are painting the cobbles.More to come over the next couple of weeks.
