We had a fantastic time at Jodrell Bank today. Glorious sunshine and lots of interesting exhibits. We have done Solar Science experiments, visited a Planetarium, looked at an Orrery and found out lots about the Lovell telescope.

Tomorrow is a dress down day in aid of the Summer Fair. Please come to school in own clothes, in exchange for a donation of £1 or an item of chocolate.

Recaption Ash parents are invited to watch our class assembly in Lower School Hall at 2.45 on Wednesday 4th July. Hope you can make it! Please help your children to practise their part, which they have brought home from school today.

Please send in a hat, sun cream and a named water bottle for your child to use in the hot weather.

What a fantastic day we had at Eureka yesterday.

When we arrived we had our lunch and a quick run around before going inside to explore.

Once inside we became mechanics and workmen. We went shopping in Marks and Spencers.
